Ade, Roque, Caceido, Jo, Benjani, Bellamy, Super Mario, Dzeko: Which FLOP will CITY sign next...?

I thought Bellamy did quite well for City, Dzeko and Ballotelli haven't been there long enough to be called flops and Santa Cruz and Jo were never even given a chance. The only one I would call a flop is Adebayor.
