What can i do with a not senstive penis???!?

I've thought for a while that I just have a low libido. But now I believe that my penis is just not sensitive. I took a "horny goat weed" pill the other day because I figured, "why not" and I felt way more and enjoyed sex way more. What else can I do to make my penis more sensitive. I took the pill again yesterday and it did not have the same effect!!! Please help this has been a problem for me for a long time.
