How do I become a gay that has relationships instead of hook ups?

I mean im horny all the time. Ive been meeting guys on call of duty and just meet up and hook up on yahoo and even some at the local bar. I see gay guys with normal relationships and I do sorta want that but i feel like my libido is goign through the roof. What can I do to chill the h&ll out! I'm 21 and just gave into the gayness a few months ago but I dont want to be some stereotypical twink but I cant seem to help it.
