Is penile shrinkage a possible side effect of taking Androcur?

I've been taking androcur for about 8 months now, I wanted to kill my libido so I could focus on other things. But recently it looks like my penis has shrunk to almost 2/3rds it's original size, and I tried to get it erect and it was nowhere near my original size. I had always read that it was impossible to shrink the penis, but can androcur do this?
