What is the best anti-anxiety medicine (antidepressants) that have the least amount of side effects?

I mean, I guess it really depends on your body type and how long you stay on them. Cause I'm on one of the drugs you mentioned and it's done wonders for me. But someone I know took one pill and became incredibly sick.
